1.REACH

2.LICENSE
2.1 Grant

The App DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT (i) THE USE OF THE KEYBOARD APP BIBLE WILL BE PUNCTUAL, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR WILL OPERATE IN COMBINATION WITH ANY HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, SYSTEM OR SPECIFIC DATA, (ii) OUR SERVICES WITH YOUR REQUIREMENTS (iii) ALL ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR (iv) THAT THE KEYBOARD APP BIBLE, INCLUDING ANY USER CONTENT, IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN THE MAXIMUM EXTENSION PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND ITS AFFILIATES REJECT ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, IF EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. NO INFRINGEMENT REGARDING THE KEYBOARD APP BIBLE OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED HERE.

The App AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY IN RELATION TO OR DERIVED FROM THE USE OF THE KEYBOARD APP BIBLE AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE NETWORK ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE OPERATION OF THE KEYBOARD APP BIBLE AND THAT THE NETWORK CONFIGURE THE SYSTEM CHANGES.

If a dispute arises between you and The App, you must first contact The App directly to find a resolution through our customer service site at www.biblekeyboardapp.com and following the procedure described there.
